Question:
Why John McCain chose Sarah Palin as a running mate?
Answer:
Oil Connections.
Bush and Cheney are oil men…they went in Iraq and disrupted the production of oil which increased the price of oil to $4 a gallon…exactly what they knew it would do. and now McCain wants to go into Iran and disrupt the oil production there. The price of oil would go up another $3 or $4 a gallon if that happens.
This isn’t about drilling…the oil companies have the leases to drill in Alaska and on the coast for millions of acres. But they are not going to “drill” because in order to drill they have to spend money on exploration and development…that is against their better interest because increasing production makes the price go down along with their profits.
Drilling would not be in the best interest of oil companies because their revenues would go down. The oil companies just want the contracts for the leases and then they will sit on them and prevent oil production as they have always done.
The oil barons have been courting John McCain throughout this entire election…remember he flip flopped on drilling off shore. He is working to get those contracts to his buddies at the oil companies and Sarah Palin is the one to help him do that because she is very intertwined in big oil.
This is about keeping the oil connections current in the White House…they have had control of it for 8 years and they aren’t going to let it go easily. They are counting on McCain to go into Iran and disrupt the oil production with another unnecessary war and they are counting on Palin’s oil connections to secure more leases so they can sit on them indefinitely.
